Nestled in the breathtaking Göriach Valley, Landhotel Lacknerhof offers a delightful escape surrounded by the majestic Niedere Tauern mountains. My recent stay there was a memorable blend of adventure and relaxation, especially with the convenience of the nearby ski trails right at our doorstep. The spacious rooms, adorned with warm decor and premium bedding, provided the perfect sanctuary after a long day on the slopes – especially appreciated when sharing the experience with my family. What truly stands out is the exceptional hospitality; the ownership team was genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. The complimentary daily admission to the Samsunn spa center in Mariapfarr was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to unwind in the sauna and heated outdoor pools after skiing. And of course, the highlight was the restaurant, where regional specialties lovingly prepared with local ingredients made every meal a celebration of Austrian cuisine. If you’re looking for an inviting family-run hotel that balances adventure with relaxation, Landhotel Lacknerhof is definitely worth a visit!
